I'm Michelle and I'm one of the providers with HartsSpace. I specialize in functional nutrition and eating psychology. I have 2 kids who keep me busy when I'm not working and I love being active and connecting with others who have a growth mindset. I created this group and host the meetups as a way to create community around our health. They say you are like the people you spend the most time with so spend time with us as we pursue our health and wellness goals, have fun, and support each other.
