About this Event

Online Food Recovery Support Circle

Discover a nurturing, supportive space designed for anyone impacted by compulsive eating to explore and engage in their healing journey. Our virtual "circle" meets for an hour each week, providing a structured, confidential environment where we hold space for one another with compassion and care.

Format:

• Each session begins with mindfulness practice or a reading to inspire reflection.

• Participants are invited to share their feelings, stories, experiences, and questions, or simply sit in silence if they prefer.

• Nutritional support is discussed, focusing on the physical manifestations of cravings.

• Sharing is optional, and everyone is welcome to participate at their own comfort level.

With a maximum capacity of 8 people, our circle ensures an intimate setting that fosters deep connection and mutual support.

About Online Zoom Circles: Online Circles create an opportunity for community that embraces openness, acceptance, and wonder. At HartsSpace, we believe in the power of coming together to connect, explore healing, and enjoy the enriching benefits of community.

The Food Recovery Support Circle is a safe space to hear and be heard. It's not for problem-solving, but for talking and listening. This group is ideal for those craving connection and community, a space to explore how we nourish our bodies without judgment, and an openness to the influence of spirituality in self-care. Nothing is required of you other than to be present.

If you feel called to join this safe and supportive space, don't wait—reserve your spot today and take the first step towards healing in community.
