This page is here to support you as you transition back into daily life and continue integrating what you explored during our time together. Retreats often open things up, and integration is where that work gently settles in.

You’re invited to return to these resources whenever you need a reminder, a grounding practice, or a sense of connection.

Continuing the Work

Retreat is one way we support healing and connection, but it’s not the only one.
