Each session includes interactive elements, discussions, and practical exercises to ensure participants gain a comprehensive understanding of decluttering and its positive impact on mental, emotional, and physical health. Session topics include: - Introduction to Clutter and Its Impact - The Science Behind Decluttering - Emotional and Psychological Impact of Clutter - Benefits of Decluttering - Clutter and Stress Management - Practical Decluttering Techniques - Accountability and Goal Setting - Mindful Decluttering - Decluttering and Nutritional Health -Holistic Well-being and Sustainability Live Sessions will be online via zoom on Sundays from 10 AM - 11:30 AM where Katie will lead participants through the science and though process behind decluttering as well as action steps to complete before the next session.
