Hello all! Super grateful to be here with you.
At 60 years I am looking at the last frames of my life and I would like to make them physically active, in community, with purpose, peace and serenity....
I've been waiting to be able to see my grandkids more, but the universe has something else in mind for me, and I want to lean into it!
I'm at the end of a career in dental hygiene.... coming full circle with Lifeguard training currently in training,[again interrupting my ability to attend the gathering scheduled this Saturday!] and teaching swimming lessons just like when I was a teenager!
At the end of May I signed up as a complete beginner to start team rowing. One of my dental patients, my age who loves to row was sharing about it. It is supposed to be good on the "old" joints etc. and they work out all year long. Out of the water…

Heath Hubbers ......Monday
Good Morning ☀️
What a glorious weekend—sunshine, family moments, and that undeniable feeling that spring has arrived here in Washington.
Spring means something different for everyone…
Is it time to get your hands in the garden?
More time outside?
Family connection?
Spring! Got in a 7mile walk/jog at the Sequalitchew Creek Trail. Loving the earlier sunrises and warmer mornings. Less days in the gym mean more nature connection. Lots of garden prep and seed planting happening. And its finally warm enough to get my micro-greens propagation production going. Spring is full of possibilities!

Anxiety and gratitude cannot exist at the same time? Name something you are grateful for........
Anxiety and gratitude cannot exist at the same time.
Pause for a moment…
Take a breath…
And ask yourself:
What is one thing you feel grateful for today?
At Hartsspace, we believe in supporting all parts of wellness—mind, body, and spirit. Like the Tree of Life, our growth is rooted in presence, nourished by awareness, and strengthened when we’re willing to dig a little deeper.

Our Latest HartsSpace Newsletter is Out
We just shared our newest newsletter and wanted to make sure this community had easy access to it!
This edition reflects a lot of what we’ve been thinking about lately:
• Upcoming HartsSpace meet-ups where we can gather, walk, connect, and build community
• The shift into spring: Seasonal foods, fresh energy, and ways to reconnect with ourselves and others
Spring is such a natural time for renewal, and we’re excited about the opportunities to connect more as the season changes.
You can read the full newsletter here: https://www.hartsspace.com/so/5ePqBp-o_?languageTag=en
Spring is here. I love these reminders......and the many opportunities to come together.

Let's talk about fiber
Fiber is one of the most overlooked foundations of metabolic, digestive, and even mental health. And it’s about so much more than “staying regular.”
One of the biggest things I want people to understand is that not all fiber is the same.
There are different types of fiber, and each one plays a different role in the body.
Some fibers help with:
• bowel regularity
• blood sugar balance

Thank you so much for sharing your heart your strength your hope and your journey with this group. I love all the invitations to join in and be in community in our healing as we absolutely believe that that is a game changer for health and consistency. Deanna you've been a remarkable example and I can't wait to connect with you on one of these Journeys I'd love to try and do a triathlon and I wish the first one wasn't during the summer Gathering. I can't wait to see your adventures
