Get up that hill!
After the half marathon schedule, training for Mt. Ellinor is no joke! I definitely slacked off after completing the 13 miles and now its time to really commit to getting in condition for this challenging goal. Its actually been fun figuring out where Im hiking or finding good stairs outside to climb. I suggest the stairs at Pt. Defiance Marina, with the nice salty air and a good climbing challenge up and down. Then head on down the promenade to Owen's Beach for a nice cool down walk.
My training schedule for the coming week:
Mon: moving bark chips/core
Tue: row 40 min/walk 4 miles
Wed: Mima Falls
Thurs: strength/core

I've been moving and doing the gym regularly but the training plan will be good for getting into more of a structured routine again!
