Welcome to the HartsSpace Health Hub Unplugged

We’re so glad you’re here. For those of you who were part of the old health hub, thanks for working with us during this website transition! If you're new here, WELCOME!!


This space was created as a more intentional alternative to traditional social media. We want this to be a place where we can slow down, connect meaningfully, and make health (in all its realms) a priority.


Inside this group you can expect conversations around:

 • Mental health and nervous system regulation

 • Movement and lifestyle habits

Im Karin, a 60 year old creative crone spirit. Overall, Im working on a more healthy and active last third of my life. One thing Im currently focused on is consistent meal planning habits to keep my snacking at a minimum. Not always successful but more on track than off so that's an improvement.
